Somerset Tribute League Champions Honoured at Presentation Evening

Wells RFC played host to a celebratory evening on Wednesday 21 May, as clubs from across the county came together to mark the achievements of this season’s Somerset Tribute League winners.

The event recognised the hard work, sportsmanship, and success of teams from the St Austell Brewery-sponsored Tribute leagues, with representatives from each winning club in attendance to receive their official Tribute plaques.

This year’s champions were:

• Counties 2 Tribute Somerset – Midsomer Norton 1st XV

• Counties 3 Tribute Somerset North – Keynsham 2nd XV

• Counties 3 Tribute Somerset South – Castle Cary 1st XV

• Counties 4 Tribute Somerset North – Yatton 2nd XV

• Counties 4 Tribute Somerset South – Wiveliscombe 2nd XV

The evening was not only a celebration of success but also an opportunity for clubs to come together, share insights, and discuss the season in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
