Our game wouldn’t run without the incredible volunteers who give up their time — whether they’re organising kit, running events, painting posts, or supporting players and families week-in, week-out. Now’s your chance to say thank you and get them recognised!
The Volunteer Recognition Programme offers volunteers from clubs, referee societies, schools, colleges and universities the opportunity to be celebrated nationally for their contributions to rugby across England. From unique experiences to local and national awards — it’s your chance to shine a spotlight on those who make our community stronger.

How to nominate:
Fill out the online nomination form when submissions are open — it asks you to share specific examples of how your volunteer has gone above and beyond, and you can even upload a short video to bring their story to life.
Nominations open early each year and close mid-February — so start thinking about who deserves to be recognised now!
