• Promote core values of rugby
• Promote representative teams and support development squads
• Support the RFU with safeguarding, discipline and competitions
• Approve cross-border matches, tours and festivals
• Reward and recognise volunteers
• Support member clubs to ensure their sustainability
• Grow the game by increasing opportunities and promoting alternative and inclusive formats
